Join Yoga Teacher and Postpartum Doula Tonya for Baby and Me Postpartum Yoga. This is mindfulness-based practice designed for the specific needs of birthing parents and their infants and invites reconnecting with your changing physical body and emotional needs after child birth. Learn safe and effective movements to re-engage core muscles, gently stretch and strengthen the body and learn how to do it all with a new baby...and meet other new parents in the area! It's a come as you are party, so we will practice leaving our judgments at the door and being present to what is! This class is appropriate for 4-6 weeks postpartum or as approved by your doctor and up to actively crawling baby. Adoptive families welcome. $179 for 6 weeks. Drop ins allowed.
